How do I cancel my subscription?

Premium subscriptions are managed through your device's app store:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Spindle & Stones → Cancel
• Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Spindle & Stones → Cancel

How do I delete my account?

Two ways to permanently delete your account and all associated data:

• In-app: Profile → Delete Account
• Web: Visit our account deletion page

All data — profile, palm photos, reading history, Saved People, Stardust balance — is removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, go to Profile → Premium → Restore Purchases. This will sync your subscription status with the app store.

What is Stardust?

Stardust is the in-app virtual currency. Earn it through daily rewards, reading milestones, referrals, social shares, and promo codes. Spend it on readings (quick readings 5, tarot 15, palmistry 30, voice chat 10 per minute). Stardust has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is non-refundable except as required by law.

Are the readings real?

All readings are generated by AI oracle personalities and are for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice. While we strive for meaningful and personalized readings, the app does not possess actual psychic abilities.

How do I get more accurate readings?

Complete your profile with as much detail as possible: birth date, birth time, birth place, blood type, dominant hand, and spiritual preferences. The more the oracle knows about you, the deeper and more personalized your readings become.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your data is encrypted, stored securely with row-level security, and never shared with advertisers. You can delete all your data at any time. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

What's included in Premium?

Premium ($12.99/month) includes voice chat with oracles (unlimited, no Stardust cost), 50 daily Stardust bonus, daily cosmic digests, weekly forecasts, monthly reports, saved readings, and the My Circle feature for loved ones. Cancel anytime through your device's app store.

How does voice chat work? Is my audio recorded?

Voice chat lets you speak to an oracle in real time and hear their reply in a unique voice. It costs 10 Stardust per minute (free with Premium). Your microphone audio is streamed directly to xAI's voice service for processing — we do not record or store voice audio or transcripts. Only session duration is saved for billing.

What permissions does the app request?

The app may ask for: Camera and Photo Library (palm photos only), Microphone (voice chat only), Push Notifications (daily digest), and Vibration on Android (notification haptics). You can decline any permission and the rest of the app continues to work.
